CONCEPT

Contemporary Kyiv produces and curates artistic appearances that are not tied to a single, fixed format — exhibition, festival, fair, show, or any other predetermined category. We are not bound to any specific genre of art and aim to build an independently governed national collection of Ukrainian contemporary art.

We work through projects, gatherings, and collaborations across contexts and locations. We welcome art in all forms and media. The artworks may or may not be for sale.

Born from Ukraine’s surge of creative energy, Contemporary Kyiv is dedicated to amplifying Ukrainian art and artists at home and abroad, while broadening space for voices from around the world.
